Who We Are

SG i Netronics (P) Ltd. was started in 2004 with a focus on giving Home Automation and Security Solutions to Corporates, Home Owners and other establishments. We work closely with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Project Consultants, IT Heads and HR Managers to implement the best security systems in a given budget. Our Work Process

When we receive an enquiry from a potential customer, here’s what we do:

  • Talk to the potential customer on the phone to understand his/her requirements.
  • Send our service department staff to visit the site in person.
  • Send an initial quotation featuring one or two brands that best suit the potential customer’s budget and requirements.
  • Show a demo of the products mentioned in the quotation as per the customer’s convenience.
  • Revise or make a second quotation if required.
  • Decide on the best date for installation as per the customer’s convenience.
  • Follow up telephone call to ensure customer is happy with the products and installation.
  • In person site service as and when required.
  • Team viewer and on phone support in the case of software for Biometric and RFID time and attendance units.
  • In person site service after warranty period is over.
